难于幸免的南加州暴雨
这两天南加州出现了暴雨，且48小时不间断，两天下雨量整体已达历史上第三高，有些区域达到了历史最高记录。昨天房客的电话及短信不断，我们有5个出租房漏水，包括4个屋顶漏水，它们是一公寓共用洗衣房，另一公寓carport，一住宅车库加客厅，另一住宅车库，好在这四个漏得不是很严重，不需费大功夫，但雨停后还得好好修理。
损失最严重是一单一住宅，这个住宅后院是个斜坡，房子在低处，倾盆大雨时，后面的水会沿房到前院，再流到大街。由于前天夜里持续不断的暴雨，后院的水迅速积累到房子两侧，房子两侧的水位暴涨，很快通过门缝及裂缝漏到室内，淹了两，三个房间，房客昨天一早打电话，下午我们工人冒大雨赶过去，买了几十个沙袋沿房子两侧堆起来，然后再清除污泥，疏通管道，积水很快全部流向了大街(见图)。室外处理好后，工人再用pump将室内积水全部排出，工人说昨天干到夜里12点才完工。因为有个好工人及时处理，虽然今天暴雨依旧，这住宅危情却已经解除，但后续还有不少工作要做，银子少花不了。
人生总有幸和不幸，幸的是在南加州做地主，几乎免疫于坏天气，但不幸的是这次罕见暴雨赶上了，让人遗憾，银子的损失一定不少。刚才看新闻说这次暴雨引起损失最大的是比华利山庄(Beverly Hills)，看着洪水及泥石流从山上瞬间倾泄而下，很多上千万豪宅被淹没损坏的画面，我顿时释怀，我们的损失真是小巫见大巫，在比华利因暴雨而起的洪水及泥石流冲走的才是白花花的银子。

I have a wide foot and they fit well. I use it for working out, yard work and errands. I would not run in this shoe but on a stair master or bike no problem.

Ive had these before which is the reason i bought them, yes they are squicky so just add baby powder under the sole and on top and itll fix that, i got the 4E and dont worry about the 4E(M) its just men, they feel like ur on a cloud

I have been wearing these for a few days now, they are very comfortable and look nice. They aren’t 100% perfect (stitching) but I am not complaining. I like them and I will continue to wear and buy from the seller. No one has called me out on dupes so I am good!

Wonderful! A little squeaky and need to be broken in, but an exact replica! Could be more comfortable, but again, a little leather polish and a few washes ought to do it. Shipping took a month and a week but I’m very happy with them. I’m usually a women’s US size 8 or 8.5, so I ordered a size 40 and they fit perfectly
