难于幸免的南加州暴雨
这两天南加州出现了暴雨，且48小时不间断，两天下雨量整体已达历史上第三高，有些区域达到了历史最高记录。昨天房客的电话及短信不断，我们有5个出租房漏水，包括4个屋顶漏水，它们是一公寓共用洗衣房，另一公寓carport，一住宅车库加客厅，另一住宅车库，好在这四个漏得不是很严重，不需费大功夫，但雨停后还得好好修理。
损失最严重是一单一住宅，这个住宅后院是个斜坡，房子在低处，倾盆大雨时，后面的水会沿房到前院，再流到大街。由于前天夜里持续不断的暴雨，后院的水迅速积累到房子两侧，房子两侧的水位暴涨，很快通过门缝及裂缝漏到室内，淹了两，三个房间，房客昨天一早打电话，下午我们工人冒大雨赶过去，买了几十个沙袋沿房子两侧堆起来，然后再清除污泥，疏通管道，积水很快全部流向了大街(见图)。室外处理好后，工人再用pump将室内积水全部排出，工人说昨天干到夜里12点才完工。因为有个好工人及时处理，虽然今天暴雨依旧，这住宅危情却已经解除，但后续还有不少工作要做，银子少花不了。
人生总有幸和不幸，幸的是在南加州做地主，几乎免疫于坏天气，但不幸的是这次罕见暴雨赶上了，让人遗憾，银子的损失一定不少。刚才看新闻说这次暴雨引起损失最大的是比华利山庄(Beverly Hills)，看着洪水及泥石流从山上瞬间倾泄而下，很多上千万豪宅被淹没损坏的画面，我顿时释怀，我们的损失真是小巫见大巫，在比华利因暴雨而起的洪水及泥石流冲走的才是白花花的银子。

They are very complete coming with box they pass every legit check and fit pretty true to size but only one bad thing to say about my pair is the box was horribly damaged and the bubble on the slides has the logo but the bubble is a little short and doesn’t stick out as much as it should but to the average eye you can’t tell
